Thank you for choosing to come back to Zinc Hair and Beauty ! We wanted to keep you updated on the salon policy now that all restrictions have been lifted . We still want you to feel our salon is a safe haven where you can feel comfortable and relaxed.
MASK WEARING POLICY
Now that mask wearing is at your own discretion, we wanted to tell you our plans in the salon.
Many of the team have decided they won’t be wearing a mask BUT We always want our clients to feel comfortable and safe.
If you arrive at the salon wearing a mask, we will follow your lead and pop a mask on while looking after you during your service. No need for any conversation or questions about the mask. We are happy to do this
Some of our team members have decided they will continue to wear their masks. This is down to themselves being vulnerable or having vulnerable people in their homes. In these cases, I would ask you to consider wearing a mask when with those team members for your service as mask wearing really is about protecting others as well as yourself.
It is totally at your own discretion to do this and we not formally ask anyone to pop a mask on.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
If you have booked online , You will have already paid a deposit to secure your booking and you do not need to do anything further .
If you have booked through email or over the phone ,A booking fee of 50% for beauty services must be paid 48 hours before your appointment , €30 euro for haircut and €50 euro for a colour . You can pay fr this through our online shop
We Also require 24 hours notice for a change or cancellation of appointment or you will lose your booking fee .
